Beat is launching a 12 months Internship program and we are looking for passionate and talented candidates who share our vision to join us and kick-start their career in the field of Product Operations.The internship is designed for you to have the opportunity to work on challenging projects using cutting edge technologies with talented professionals from all over the world that will help you to learn and grow but also to experience our culture and have fun along the way. You’ll have the opportunity to reach your full potential with comprehensive development plans. Our main goal is to support our interns on their skills development process <span>Working in Product operations at BEAT, you will be responsible for supporting our Product Operations team members with Product Configurations, market research and helping ensure a smooth experience for our users in LATAM.<br></span><br><b>What’s the day to day</b><ul><li>Working on different projects gaining experience to build your business acumen and develop your professional skills</li><li>Gather meaningful data on our competitors and users in order to deliver recommendations that contribute to tactical and strategic decision making </li><li>Leverage user feedback from our client-facing teams to ensure Product Quality in the markets</li><li>Investigate, reproduce and report any bugs in the app and do a proper follow-up on existing incidents.</li><li>Own Product Configurations in support of our Operations across LATAM</li></ul><b>What you need to bring </b><ul><li>A student in the final two years of Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Digital Business and related careers</li><li>Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken</li><li>Basic SQL skills</li><li>Creative problem solving and critical thinking</li><li>Curiosity - you love to learn and always find the best way to do it.</li><li>Passion for technology and the mobility area </li></ul><b>What’s in it for you? </b><ul><li>Work from our amazing office in Vicente Lopez or at home - we’ve moved to hybrid working, with an empathetic work culture.
