Position: Accounting Analyst
Location: Vicente López, Buenos Aires
What You’ll Do:
As a Accountign Analyst, you’ll play a key role in our team by performing essential tasks for maintaining and reconciling accounts.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Actively participating in the monthly close by posting various journal entries.
- Analyzing and recording necessary accruals each month.
- Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Handling daily cash postings.
- Assisting with the preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
- Analyzing and calculating monthly expense reimbursements.
- Making monthly reclassification entries.
- Setting up customers and vendors in our ERP system.
- Collaborating to obtain necessary documentation for a three-way match to code and enter vendor invoices in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Over a year of experience in a similar accounting environment.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Proven ability to calculate figures and amounts accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
