Role Objective
The Accounting Internship Program is designed for students seeking their first professional experience and who are approaching graduation. This position provides an opportunity to gain practical knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and develop professional skills within a multicultural business environment.
The primary objective of this role is to support the learning and development of emerging professionals by providing hands-on exposure to accounting processes, procedures, and best practices. Interns are expected to actively engage in daily activities, build technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a strong foundation for a successful career in Accounting and Finance.

Key Responsibilities


General tasks
- Perform invoices submission on system according to demand of AP department on SAP.
- Perform general bookings in system according to the transactions executed over the whole business day.
- Assists in any matter to any person in financial department.
- Perform basic analysis of GL Accounts.
- Maintain a accurate track of invoices received form suppliers nor perform sending of invoices to customers.
- Apply collections based on AR team instruction (if needed)

Other administrative tasks:

- Perform some delivery of documents to bank institutions nor administrative matters.
- Systems & Processes Optimization

Requisitos

Education
- Students of Accounting or Business Administration
- No previous experience is required for this position, but having it is a plus.

Technical Skills
Good accounting skills are required, with GAAP knowledge
