We have 3 business lines with brands based on digital marketing & growth strategies.Our intimate apparel Brands: Shapermint, Truekind, and Shapermint Essentials,Our beauty Brands: Revel Beauty and Spa Dr.Our content and subscription Brand: The BodCon.We are seeking a hands-on - competitive and extremely data driven Analytics Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business growth. You will be responsible for building scalable analytics frameworks, ensuring data integrity, and empowering decision-making across the company.You must bring a strong strategic mindset, discipline, and the ability to execute under pressure, while fostering a culture of curiosity, proactivity, and assertiveness in your team.
Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development:
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and data professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous learning. Maintain a balanced approach with 50% strategic oversight and 50% hands-on execution to align analytics initiatives with business objectives. - Business & Marketing Analytics:
Develop real-time analytics and predictive models to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies. Establish robust KPIs and measurement frameworks to support data-driven decision-making across marketing, product, and operations. - Data-Driven Insights & Decision-Making:
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership teams to deliver actionable insights that drive growth and operational efficiency. Own and enhance attribution models, performance dashboards, and reporting automation while ensuring data integrity. - Innovation & Technology Integration:
Leverage advanced analytics technologies, AI, machine learning, and automation to drive innovation. Utilize tools such as SQL, Python, R, Looker, Tableau, and Power BI to improve analytics processes and outcomes. - Data Integrity & Compliance:
Ensure data workflows are optimized for accuracy and efficiency while adhering to privacy regulations. Maintain high standards for data integrity to support scalable and compliant business operations.
Requisitos
Experience/ Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with a proven track record in fast-paced environments.
- Experience leading and scaling high-performance analytics teams.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
- Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation.
- Exceptional ability to translate data insights into strategic business recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—must be assertive, proactive, and business-focused.
- Experience in e-commerce-based businesses.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, predictive modeling, and machine learning applications in business analytics.
