About the RoleWe are looking for a Corporate Accounts Assistant to join our Commercial team. The position is based in Buenos Aires, and its mission is to provide operational and client retention support to the Account Managers.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Customer Success team.
  • Support client retention initiatives.
  • Perform administrative tasks.
  • Prepare usage and utilization reports.
  • Supervise and execute actions requested by the Account Managers Coordinators.
  • Execute and present promotional actions and materials.

Requisitos

Qualifications
  • Advanced students or recent graduates in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (not mandatory).
  • English: Intermediate/Advanced (mandatory).
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar.
  • Microsoft Office: Intermediate level.
  • Availability: Full-time.
