Business Developer - Colombia (Bogotá).
We are looking for a Business Developer in Colombia with a proactive mindset and experience in consultative sales and business development. This person will play a key role in Lazo's expansion in the region, generating business opportunities and actively participating in events within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Business Opportunity Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients, building strategic relationships in the region.
- Event Participation: Represent Lazo at key events, meetups, conferences, and startup ecosystem gatherings across Latin America.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and nurture business opportunities from prospecting to closing.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize commercial strategies.
- Market Analysis: Identify industry trends, opportunities, and needs to enhance service offerings
Requisitos
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of the startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem in Latin America.
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to build high-value relationships.
- Experience participating in events and trade fairs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
