Your initial responsibilities will include: ·Supplier registration management and Supplier Due Diligence.
e-Order tracking and supplier acceptance confirmation.
Analytical support for contract planning.
Preparation of performance reports.
Electronic administration of the contract portfolio. ·
Assistance to the internal user in the management and contracting process. ·
Follow-up and control of Sector procedures. ·
Maintenance and organization of documents in SharePoint. ·
Catalog maintenance (construction of new catalogs and updating of existing ones). ·
Preparation of tenders, validation, and primary analysis of offers. ·
Control of contracts to be finalized. ·
Follow-up of invoices / payments.
Requisitos
Requirements ·Advanced law students. ·
Handling of Office Package. ·
Fluent in written and oral English.
