Your initial responsibilities will include: ·
Supplier registration management and Supplier Due Diligence.

e-Order tracking and supplier acceptance confirmation.

Analytical support for contract planning.

Preparation of performance reports.

Electronic administration of the contract portfolio.

Assistance to the internal user in the management and contracting process.
·
Follow-up and control of Sector procedures.
·
Maintenance and organization of documents in SharePoint.
·
Catalog maintenance (construction of new catalogs and updating of existing ones).
·
Preparation of tenders, validation, and primary analysis of offers.
·
Control of contracts to be finalized.
·
Follow-up of invoices / payments.

Requisitos

Requirements ·
Advanced law students.
·
Handling of Office Package.
·
Fluent in written and oral English.

Beneficios

Hours per week: 20 hours. Internship duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extending for 6 more months. Location: Puerto Madero, CABA
