The selected candidates will join the BASSC Contracting team.Your initial responsibilities will include:- Supplier registration management and Supplier Due Diligence.
- e-Order tracking and supplier acceptance confirmation.
- Analytical support for contract planning.
- Preparation of performance reports.
- Electronic administration of the contract portfolio.
- Assistance to the internal user in the management and contracting process.
- Follow-up and control of Sector procedures.
- Maintenance and organization of documents in SharePoint.
- Catalog maintenance (construction of new catalogs and updating of existing ones).
- Preparation of tenders, validation, and primary analysis of offers.
- Control of contracts to be finalized.
- Follow-up of invoices / payments.
- Invoice/Payment Tracking
- Price Analysis
Requisitos
- Students in their 3rd year of Business Administration – Industrial Engineering – Law or related.
- Handling of Office Package.
- Fluent in written and oral English
Beneficios
Hours per week: 20 hours.Internship duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extending for 6 more months
