Originally from Argentina, Bioceres has become a global company with presence in more than 40 countries, and R&D and manufacturing facilities in Argentina, Brazil, USA, and Finland.

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team. The candidate will manage budgeting and forecasting processes, create investor presentations, and provide analytical support to senior management. The role will be mainly focused on our fast-growth North America and European operations.

Location: Argentina (or the USA)

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts, improving our current budgeting processes
  • Analyze current, planned, and past financial data and performance, providing decision-making insights.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
  • Identify and execute opportunities for process improvements
  • Work closely with local and global finance teams


Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, industrial engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ of experience in FP&A or related finance roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across various departments
  • Experience leading cross-cultural teams
  • Experience with BI tools and SAP preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Advanced English (Oral and Written​​​​​​​)
