The intern will support the management of the school’s internationalization programs, combining in-person and remote work. They will assist in organizing student exchanges, events related to the program, and other tasks.- Assist with updating documentation, tracking, and logistics for exchange programs. • Update and draft documents and informational materials.
• Support communication with students (email, video call production assistance, community content).
• Assist in the execution of international activities (student presentations, orientations, International Day, International Committee activities, etc.).
• Support the orientation and guidance of international students before their arrival at SGC and throughout the exchange, both virtually and in person.
• Produce content to communicate international activities.
• Participate in meetings with students both virtually and in person.
Requisitos
- Advanced level of English (mandatory).
- Morning availability.
- Student of Social Sciences, Communication, or related fields.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and maintain confidentiality regarding student details.
- Proficiency in digital tools and remote work platforms.
