Descripción del puesto

The intern will support the management of the school’s internationalization programs, combining in-person and remote work. They will assist in organizing student exchanges, events related to the program, and other tasks.
  • Assist with updating documentation, tracking, and logistics for exchange programs. • Update and draft documents and informational materials.
    • Support communication with students (email, video call production assistance, community content).
    • Assist in the execution of international activities (student presentations, orientations, International Day, International Committee activities, etc.).
    • Support the orientation and guidance of international students before their arrival at SGC and throughout the exchange, both virtually and in person.
    • Produce content to communicate international activities.
    • Participate in meetings with students both virtually and in person.


Requisitos

  1. Advanced level of English (mandatory).
  2. Morning availability.
  3. Student of Social Sciences, Communication, or related fields.
  4. Organizational skills and attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
  5. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and maintain confidentiality regarding student details.
  6. Proficiency in digital tools and remote work platforms.
