• Develop a detailed plan that includes objectives, scope, timelines, budget in hours, and necessary resources for the project
• Oversee team members (developers, designers, QA, etc.) to ensure project execution
• Continuously track project progress, identify potential budget deviations, and take corrective actions to ensure objectives are met
• Keep stakeholders informed about the project’s status and ensure clear and effective communication Ability to speak and manage the relationship with clients
• Identify and assess project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Ensure the project is completed within the estimated time and agreed budget
• Keep detailed records of all activities and decisions related to the project
• Identify and understand client needs and break them down into specific tasks for the development/design team
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly project status reports

Requisitos

• Have studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Analysis, or related to project management
• Have 2 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development projects
• Have knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Notion, Hubspot, or similar) and related software
• Have advanced English skills. Direct management with clients in English is required
• Are based in LATAM
