JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Oversee client's fulfillment and logistics operations
  • Work closely with Account Managers to define priorities and daily tasks.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to manage inventory and optimize workflows
  • Address and resolve client's concerns or challenges related to the operation, implementing proactive solutions.
  • Be the voice of your client's pushing their needs to achieve their monthly dispatched and goals

Requisitos

WHO YOU ARE
*You have a degree in Business Administration, Communication, Engineering or similar*You have excellent communication skills and are able to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients*You are fluent in English and Spanish, with advanced English skills (preferably C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken).*You are proficient with MS Office and google Workspace*You face challenges with a positive attitude and hands-on mentality*You enjoy working as part of a team and are always willing to support colleagues*You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail*You like to make decisions and solve problems*You feel comfortable working with deadlines*You learn quickly and adapt to change
