- Oversee client's fulfillment and logistics operations- Work closely with Account Managers to define priorities and daily tasks.- Coordinate with warehouse team to manage inventory and optimize workflows- Address and resolve client's concerns or challenges related to the operation, implementing proactive solutions.- Be the voice of your client's pushing their needs to achieve their monthly dispatched and goals
