The role’s main objective is to lead international and domestic logistics operations, ensuring efficient product movement, cost optimization, and strong carrier and trade compliance management.

🧩 Main Responsibilities:

• Manage international and domestic freight operations (ocean, air, LTL/FTL)
• Oversee shipment tracking, documentation, and delivery timelines
• Lead carrier relationships, rate negotiation, and contract management
• Identify and resolve freight cost discrepancies and overcharges
• Conduct cost benchmarking and drive savings initiatives
• Manage customs processes and ensure trade compliance
• Handle vendor claims and logistics-related issues
• Monitor logistics KPIs and support reporting

Requisitos

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain
• Strong background in international logistics and trade compliance
• Experience managing carriers and negotiating rates
• Advanced English skills C1-C2 (written and verbal)
• Experience in product-based companies (CPG or similar preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP systems and carrier platforms
