We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our client’s marketing strategy and operations in Argentina. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep understanding of both B2B and B2C markets, and proven experience driving brand growth through integrated marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will oversee the local marketing team, manage relationships with distributors and partners, and ensure alignment with regional and global strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global brand guidelines.
- Lead and mentor the local marketing team (Marketing Specialist + Design resources), fostering collaboration, innovation, and performance excellence.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation across digital, trade, PR, and event initiatives.
- Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand positioning, drive sales growth, and enhance customer engagement.
- Lead trade marketing strategy and support distributors with campaigns, promotions, and in-store visibility programs.
- Supervise digital marketing efforts (paid media, content strategy, SEO, CRM, and social media), ensuring a data-driven approach and measurable ROI.
- Coordinate corporate events, sponsorships, and trade shows to maximize visibility and strengthen relationships with partners and clients.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and unified go-to-market execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and inform future strategy.
- Represent Argentina’s marketing performance and needs in regional and global meetings, providing insights and reporting KPIs.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C markets, ideally within technology, connectivity, or consumer electronics industries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI.
- Excellent command of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, Analytics).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to execution.
