Project Manager Associate What You’ll Do
  • Leverage SOPs and other standard documentation to generate contract documents, review against guidelines, ensure due diligence checks are met and share finalized contracts with health care providers while managing responses on-time.
  • Liaise with business, operations, and legal/compliance teams as required, managing and/or raising escalations in case of health care providers’ negotiations/ client’s team requests.
  • Work with our client’s team to manage workload planning, prioritize/deprioritize and share updates on overall utilization.
  • Participate and lead unstructured problem solving with the team and client on issues which arise during a large program.
  • Works with other functional leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs.
  • Enables successful delivery of the client engagements.
  • Continuously seeks areas of opportunities to improve project management practices and add value to teams.
  • Ensures that project status, issues and successes are communicated and documented, proactively coordinating with their project team as needed.
  • Responsible for generating high-quality deliverables and enabling their project team and/ or PMO the achievement of their goals on-time..

Requisitos

What You’ll Bring
  • Graduate with 1-2 years plus of experience in Project Management, and a bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English and French language
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Personable with ability to build and nurture relationships 
  • Eager to learn  
  • Commitment to excellence  
  • Bias to execution; likes to get things done 
  • Proactive, identifies opportunities/challenges and takes initiative
  • Healthcare experience is an asset
