About the role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach across elementary schools in the USA, building strong relationships with educators, administrators, and parents. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring our programs positively impact the lives of elementary school children. Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the elementary school sector in California.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our afterschool programs and camps.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with school administrators to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Collaborate with school stakeholders to customize programs that align with their educational objectives.
    • Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay informed about trends and developments in elementary education and afterschool programming.
    • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requisitos

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Advanced or native english skills, both writing and speaking (mandatory)
  • Advanced student or graduated in Bs. Administration, Marketing, Digital/Global Business, Sports administration or similar areas (not mandatory)
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with the USA elementary school system is a plus.
  • Experience using Hubspot is a plus.
  • Experience in start-up environments is a plus.
