We are excited to launch our SAP Freshers Program targeted at students in their final semester of university internships who are passionate about building a career in SAP. This program is designed to offer intensive training and hands-on experience in key SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO).

But first, what is SAP? SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) is a leading global enterprise software platform that helps organizations manage their business processes efficiently. SAP integrates various functions within a company, such as finance, human resources, logistics, and sales, into a single, centralized system. This enables greater visibility, control, and collaboration across departments, optimizing workflows and decision-making.


Requisitos

What You Will Learn:
As part of the SAP Freshers Program, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of essential concepts and tools that every SAP consultant should master. You will be introduced to SAP S/4HANA, the next-generation ERP suite, and learn about ABAP programming, the primary language used to develop applications within the SAP environment. You'll also dive into key SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO), gaining both functional and technical knowledge.Additionally, you will explore core SAP functionalities like Data Migration, System Integration, and Customization. You'll learn about SAP Fiori for user interface design, SAP HANA Cloud Platform for cloud-based solutions, and how to work with SAP Business Suite tools. Throughout the program, you will gain experience in handling SAP implementations, learning how to configure systems, perform troubleshooting, and provide technical support.Working with global clients and diverse teams, you will also have the opportunity to learn how to navigate different business cultures and collaborate effectively in international environments. This will prepare you for a successful career in SAP consulting, equipping you with both technical expertise and the interpersonal skills needed to thrive in a dynamic, global workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and Develop: Participate in a structured training program to understand the SAP system and its various modules, with a focus on MM, SD, and FICO.
  • Assist with Projects: Support the team in ongoing SAP implementation and optimization projects, applying the skills learned during the training phase.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside experienced SAP consultants and internal teams to understand business processes and how SAP solutions can improve efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Assist in troubleshooting, system configuration, and reporting as needed.
  • Documentation: Help create and maintain project documentation and reports to track progress and outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • You need to be in your final semester of university internships (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields)
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • High level of commitment and a strong willingness to learn
  • Strong interest in SAP and IT solutions.
  • Good understanding of business processes and a desire to learn more about SAP’s role in transforming organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, showing initiative and a positive attitude.
