We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team and support the financial operations across multiple clients. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the financial reporting process, contribute to team development, and support ongoing projects that drive process improvements and client satisfaction.Requisitos
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements
- Manage and execute the month-end close process across multiple entities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support
- Lead special accounting projects, including process improvements and system upgrades
- Mentor and support the development of junior team members
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals and reporting needs
Bilingual Communication
- Fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.
