As a Software Developer, you will play a hands-on role in designing, building, and maintaining the internal tools and systems that power our logistics and fulfillment operations. Working closely with the Operations and Account Management teams, you will write code daily to solve real business problems and drive automation across our platform.- Develop and maintain internal automation tools, dashboards, and web applications using Python and JavaScript- Build and manage RESTful APIs and data pipelines for inventory, order, and fulfillment workflows- Design and implement system integrations between our WMS, e-commerce platforms, and third-party services- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality- Collaborate with the Operations and Account Management teams to translate business needs into technical solutions- Ensure data accuracy and reliability across inventory and stock management systems- Support reporting and KPI dashboards with data-driven insights for management- Contribute to technical documentation and help onboard future team members- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance and reliability

Requisitos

WHO YOU ARE• You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field• You are proficient in Python and have experience building backend services or scripts• You have working knowledge of JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks• You are comfortable working with SQL databases and writing complex queries• You have experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs• You possess strong problem-solving skills and enjoy writing code to automate processes• You are detail-oriented with a hands-on, builder mentality• You have strong communication skills and can work effectively in a cross-functional team• You are fluent in English.

NICE TO HAVE• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker)• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or logistics/operations environments• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines• Interest in systems design and warehouse automation• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (pandas, matplotlib, or similar)
