⦁ Learn how to design solar and battery energy storage solutions from the ground up and how to translate customer requirements.
⦁ Understand system sizing, equipment selection, and basic technical requirements.
⦁ Work with experienced engineers and solution specialists on real projects.
⦁ Support the review of bidding documents, technical requirements, and project specifications.
⦁ Give support in projects from the initial inquiry through to proposal preparation.
⦁ Develop the knowledge and confidence to explain Solar & Battery solutions to customers and partners, assisting with product and solution training sessions.
⦁ Gradually take responsibility for technical presentations and customer workshops.

Requisitos

⦁ Bachelor's Degree in Environmental / Renewable Energy Engineering or a related field.
⦁ Graduation year: 2025 or 2026 only.
⦁ Fluent English with strong business communication skills.
⦁ Strong interest in Solar Energy, Battery Energy Storage, and Renewable Energy.
⦁ Background Knowledge in PV & BESS or commission/Technology, power plants, HV substations.
⦁ Good communication and presentation skills.
