The role’s main objective is to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of all inventory-related financial data, acting as a key link between Finance and Operations.

🧩 Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Operations to maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform regular inventory reconciliations between physical counts and system data
• Identify discrepancies, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Manage and oversee inventory-related processes within NetSuite
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Participate in financial analysis and continuous improvement initiatives


Requisitos

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on inventory and cost accounting
• Strong experience with full inventory accounting cycle (costing, reconciliation, variance analysis)
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (inventory modules)
• Advanced English skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in product-based companies (CPG, food & beverage, or similar preferred)
• Knowledge of COGS structure, landed costs, and intercompany accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or progress towards certification is a plus
