The Total Rewards Intern will support the Total Rewards team, focusing primarily on the administration of employee benefits programs. This role provides a great opportunity for hands-on experience in benefits management, data integrity, and compliance while gaining exposure to broader compensation and benefits functions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Benefits Administration Support: Assist in the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Help manage employee inquiries related to benefits and provide timely responses.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate benefits-related data within the HRIS (meHRaki), ensuring data integrity by supporting regular audits and updating records as needed.
  • Employee Communication: Assist in preparing and distributing communications regarding benefits programs, changes, and deadlines to employees, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Process Improvement: Support the Total Rewards team in identifying opportunities for process improvements in benefits administration and documentation.
  • Research & Reporting: Assist in gathering and organizing benefits-related data for reports, surveys, or research projects. Help in benchmarking benefits programs against industry standards.
  • Compliance Support: Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations by assisting in the review of benefits documentation and processes.


Requisitos

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in Compensation and Benefits or Human Resources.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems (not mandatory).
