Visa’s Internship Program provides an immersive, 12-month journey where you’ll work on impactful projects that drive Visa’s mission forward. Visa Consulting and Analytics As a VCA Business Consultant Intern, you will be an active contributor to impactful projects that help clients improve growth, profitability, and customer engagement through data-driven insights and solutions. You will have opportunities to take on new responsibilities, develop critical skills, and gain exposure to different aspects of Visa's business while collaborating with experienced professionals. All Visa roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work. Some job duties and projects could include, but are not limited to: Main Responsibilities
• Leverage Visa’s transactional data to develop performance analyses, benchmark studies, KPI dashboards, and payment product lifecycle diagnostics that generate actionable insights for clients
• Support the Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) team in project delivery and business operations through activities such as contract preparation, pipeline monitoring, and maintenance of internal reporting tools
• Conduct market research and monitor emerging trends across payments, banking, fintech, digital experience, and artificial intelligence ecosystems
• Assist in client engagements and respond to analytical requests initiated by cross-functional Visa teams Potential Projects
• Develop benchmarking analyses comparing payment product performance across issuers, segments, and markets using Visa transaction data
• Support lifecycle management projects by analyzing acquisition, activation, retention, and portfolio growth opportunities for credit, debit, and commercial card portfolios
• Create dashboards and monitoring tools to track key payments KPIs and uncover actionable client insights
• Conduct data-driven research on industry trends, customer behaviors, emerging payment technologies, and AI applications in financial services Current Projects on the Team
• Portfolio management and payments strategy initiatives focused on growth, profitability, and optimization
• Digital experience and customer journey transformation efforts to improve acquisition, activation, and engagement
• Artificial Intelligence initiatives designed to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and user experience
• Risk management consulting projects supporting fraud prevention and credit risk optimization
• Acquiring and merchant service engagements to expand acceptance and strengthen merchant value propositions

Requisitos

Basic Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between November 2027 and March 2028
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy
• Curiosity and interest in financial services, payments, banking, and fintech industries
• Availability to work part-time during the internship
